Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of procurement and contracts experience with vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and document management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor registration, qualification, and onboarding.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and expand the vendor base.
• Develop and manage vendor performance evaluation frameworks and scorecards.
• Maintain a centralized vendor database and ensure data governance in ERP systems.
• Build relationships with suppliers and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Perform vendor due diligence, risk reviews, and manage disputes and governance.
