Job summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead national-scale initiatives in the financial and tax domains. You will manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs spanning digital tax systems, e-invoicing, legal harmonization, and national stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, governance, risk management, and ensuring alignment with strategic national goals. The role requires extensive experience in complex public sector programs and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 15+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in financial, tax, or public sectors.
• Experience implementing national financial and tax regulations, including e-invoicing mandates.
• Proven experience rolling out national agenda projects over multiple years.
• Ability to work in demanding project environments with plans, communication, and escalation matrices.
• Strong risk, issue management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-year mega projects aligned with national priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordination across workstreams.
• Oversee development and implementation of TAX and e-invoicing systems.
• Ensure compliance with national tax laws and financial regulations.
• Lead national campaigns to raise public awareness of TAX and e-invoicing.
• Manage multi-million-dollar resources and budgets; monitor milestones.
• Define and manage a RACI matrix across stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues with timely resolutions.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
