Job summary

Sightspectrum in Qatar is seeking a Registration Analyst to support the operational rollout of the e-invoicing system by assisting with taxpayer registration and onboarding activities from a business and process perspective. The Analyst ensures completeness of onboarding information and aligns the e-invoicing process with the Dhareeba taxpayer filing platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience with government or public-sector registration processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and validation of taxpayer e-invoicing registration and onboarding requests.
• Coordinate with operations, policy, and technical teams on onboarding issues.
• Prepare draft case notes and supporting documentation for onboarding cases.
• Maintain accurate e-invoicing registration records and ensure data consistency.
• Apply established procedures, checklists, and templates in day-to-day processing.
• Support KPIs monitoring and draft onboarding status updates for management.
