Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams (50-200 people).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performance teams to deliver KPI targets.
• Ensure world-class guest experience and service standards.
• Plan staffing and resource deployment to maximize sales.
• Monitor store standards, signage, cleanliness and stock levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, admin and merchandisers.
• Conduct performance reviews and create development plans.
