Qualifications

• Requires ability to manage stock on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience in handling complex issues and negotiation is essential.
• Direct hands-on experience in retail inventory management is required.
• Travel retail industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Duty Manager in organizing daily operational shop requirements including staffing, cash, and stocking to maximize sales.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant parties to maintain inventory.
• Perform shift-based priorities to ensure timely workflow completion.
• Conduct random till spot checks to uphold honesty and integrity standards.
• Provide on-the-job training to improve customer service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate shift briefings and ensure smooth handover with the Duty Manager.
• Complete closing procedures including tills, stock, merchandising, and visual standards.
