Responsibilities

• Plan resource deployment with Duty Managers to drive sales and guest experience.
• Monitor service standards and ensure KPI targets are met by the store team.
• Coordinate with other departments on marketing, IT, admin, merchandising and learning.
• Oversee grooming, time attendance, and overall shop floor attitude.
• Maintain store standards and perform daily walks to ensure excellence.
