Responsibilities

• Post job ads on portals and social media to support recruitment.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings for candidate fit.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and build a talent pipeline.
• Assist HR admin tasks: docs, employee files, interview coordination.
• Support recruitment and business development with market mapping and sourcing.
• Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive interview experience.
