Job summary

PRO-Global Search is seeking an HR Director for their head office in Doha. This role involves establishing and managing HR operations compliant with Qatar Labour Law and QFC regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive HR experience, a strong understanding of HR regulations, and the capability to set up HR functions from scratch. Fluency in Russian and English is essential, with Arabic being advantageous. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead HR administration in a major pipeline project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a start-up.
• Operational knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and QFC regulations.
• Proven track record of establishing HR functions from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Establish HR operations for the Doha office from the ground up.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies per Qatar Labour Law.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding.
