Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on coordinating warehouse operations, receiving and dispatching cargo, and maintaining accurate inventory records across food-related and general goods.

The candidate will support compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, and GMP, and work within a global logistics network to ensure timely and compliant shipments. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 2+ years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• More than 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of food safety requirements (HACCP, GMP) and cold chain handling is preferred or required depending on customer/regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of warehouse and manual handling plans and processes for warehouse/distribution facilities.
• Receive, sort and process incoming/outgoing materials and cargo according to schedules and procedures.
• Verify receipt and issue of cargo against documents; load/unload materials; ensure proper storage and stock levels.
• Update inventory records and generate delivery/shipping documents; monitor stock accuracy and audits.
• Operate forklift trucks to move, stack, and load materials; contribute to efficient and safe handling.
