Bleue Qatar is hiring two Admin cum Delivery Coordinators in Doha, Qatar. This on-site role requires experience coordinating drivers, routes and schedules, with strong knowledge of Doha roads.

You will check orders, liaise with customer service, florists and packing staff, track deliveries and maintain records. The schedule is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with one hour lunch and one day off per week.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of delivery-coordination experience in Doha.
• Strong knowledge of Doha roads and delivery routes.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written) required.
• Practical Excel or Google Sheets, order-management, WhatsApp and Google Maps knowledge.
• Good coordination and reliable follow-up; retail, floral or perishable-product experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare dispatch schedules and coordinate drivers, routes and delivery slots
• Check order quality, quantities, recipient details, addresses, instructions and gift cards before dispatch
• Coordinate with customer service, florists and packing staff, and verify availability before giving delivery estimates
• Track deliveries, communicate accurate updates and elevate delays or exceptional requests
• Maintain proof of delivery, COD and cash-handover records, trip logs and daily reports
• Support administration, data entry, customer enquiries and clear shift handovers
