The role covers inventory control, batch and expiry monitoring with FEFO, regular stock checks, and coordination with purchasing, sales and logistics to maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper in medical supplies or healthcare products.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Experience handling batch-controlled and expiry-sensitive products.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and organize incoming medical supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Prepare and issue materials according to requests.
• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates and stock rotation (FEFO).
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory counts.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
