Job summary

ConFlip in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, develop culinary strategies and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Culinary Arts degree, 5+ years as an Executive Chef, fluent English, strong leadership and food safety knowledge, and a passion for creating exceptional dishes while controlling costs. You will recruit, train and manage staff, plan menus, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• A degree in Culinary Arts or similar field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
• Fluency in English language is required.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and safety standards.
• Passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes for customers.
