ConFlip in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in a high-end restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, craft menus, and ensure top culinary standards while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a passion for quality, and the ability to work under pressure. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus. We welcome foreigners with diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in high-end restaurants.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff as needed.
• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop new recipes, menus, and dishes while maintaining the restaurant's standards of quality.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
