ConFlip in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food. The role involves planning, menu development, inventory management, staff leadership, and budgeting for menu items.

Qualifications

Creativity in developing new dishes while maintaining traditional favorites.
Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate a team.
Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food costs and budgeting for menu items.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
Create menus and develop new dish recipes.
Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
