Job summary

Our client in Doha, Qatar seeks a motivated Business Development Executive to grow the bakery ingredients and foodservice portfolio across HORECA, retail, and manufacturing sectors. You will drive sales by acquiring new customers, maintaining key accounts, and promoting the full product range.

Responsibilities include market visits, quotations, tender documentation, and ensuring timely order execution while collaborating with technical and marketing teams. Travel within Qatar is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or key account management.
• Experience in bakery ingredients, foodservice, or HORECA markets preferred.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across bakeries, pastry shops, hotels, and restaurants.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth.
• Present and promote the product portfolio to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and ensure timely order execution.
• Maintain CRM data and submit weekly reports and forecasts.
