Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all residential operations for Four Seasons Residences Doha.
• Lead property, financial, asset, and HOA management functions.
• Develop and implement brand strategies for residential services.
• Manage budgets, procurement and capital expenditure plans.
• Coordinate with developers, hotel/resort teams and homeowners.
• Oversee service standards and lifestyle offerings for residents.
• Lead and develop the residential team through training and performance reviews.
• Drive occupancy and revenue initiatives through strategic marketing and leasing.
