Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to oversee security and safety across the property. You will manage the day-to-day security team, ensure guest and employee safety, and enforce hotel policies with a focus on protecting assets and reputation.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of luxury-hotel security experience, an outgoing personality, and strong English skills. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years of experience in a similar position with a Luxury Hotel or resort.
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
• English language proficiency; Arabic is a preferred asset.
• Degree or Diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day security force to ensure safety of guests, personnel, and property.
• Review and conduct performance evaluations for Security staff.
• Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.
• Investigate crimes against the hotel, guests, and employees.
• Onboard and train new employees in security procedures.
• Support scheduling, holiday management, and overtime while maintaining hotel operations.
