Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is seeking an Assistant Security Manager responsible for the security and safety of guests, staff and property. You will oversee daily security operations, enforce safety protocols and develop preventive programs while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a luxury hotel security role, an outgoing, can-do personality, and strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; Arabic is a preferred asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure safety of guests, personnel and property.
• Review and conduct performance evaluations for Security staff.
• Implement policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.
• Investigate crimes and document incidents with objective reporting.
• Coach and manage the security team and respond to guest concerns.
• Assist in scheduling, holidays and overtime while aligning with hotel needs.
• Participate in department meetings and provide summaries.
• Offer guests a pleasant, efficient and professional service according to Four Seasons standards.
