Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar in Doha seeks an Assistant Security Manager to oversee security operations, safety programs, and staff performance. You will manage the security force, investigate incidents, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while protecting assets and reputation.

The role requires 1-2 years in a similar luxury hotel setting, strong English communication, and ability to collaborate with hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar luxury hotel or resort role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Arabic language is a plus or preferred asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations to ensure guest and employee safety across the resort.
• Lead and coach the security team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Design and implement security policies, safety programs and incident reporting.
• Support scheduling, holiday management and overtime while maintaining hotel operations.
• Assist guests with security-related needs and maintain the visitors log.
