Job summary

The Facilities Management Operations Director at Tanqeeb will oversee the upkeep of Company properties, manage maintenance activities, and direct building operations within budget. You will analyze energy consumption, allocate office space, procure equipment, and help shape policy for facilities use.

Prior GCC experience is a plus, with a track record in safety, compliance, and cost optimization. Candidates should bring a strong leadership profile, excellent communication skills, and expertise

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of facilities management experience with supervision.
• Experience in GCC region is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams and external vendors to meet policies, procedures and schedules.
• Oversee health and safety, budget, and day-to-day facility operations.
• Inspect work for quality, coordinate inspections, and ensure documentation.
• Develop service plans with KPIs and monitor performance and improvements.
• Manage procurement of maintenance spares and ensure value for money.
