Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years working experience with at least 15 years in Facilities Management.
• Experience with a recognized Facilities Management agent is a MUST.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Facility Operations and KPIs.
• Manage daily facilities operations including security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Prepare site standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct regular service and systems audits.
