Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) in Qatar seeks a Digital Workspace Officer to provide frontline support for workplace technologies and end-user devices. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and help improve productivity while ensuring compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years IT support experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools. You will work closely with employees at all levels to maintain smooth technology services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Professional qualification in Information Technology or related certificates.
• 1–3 years IT support/helpdesk experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication and teamwork capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for workplace technologies, devices, accounts, and productivity platforms.
• Resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues with proper documentation.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and user account provisioning.
• Support access provisioning and password resets.
• Ensure compliance with identity management controls.
• Support Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and related platforms.
• Maintain service continuity for collaboration tools.
• Assist in implementing self-service tools and automated workflows.
• Provide user guidance and training support.
• Maintain accurate tickets and contribute to improvements.
