Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Doha is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to deliver diesel generator sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey from inquiry to delivery.

The role focuses on maximizing gross margins, sales of finance and insurance products, trade-ins, accessories, and nurturing trusted customer relationships to support retention and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ diesel generator sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets while maintaining the required gross margin.
• Guide customers through a structured sales journey covering vehicles, Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins, and accessories.
• Promote Finance and Insurance solutions based on customer needs and business targets.
• Maximize trade-in and dealer-installed accessory sales opportunities.
• Manage telephone, website, and walk-in enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the relevant systems, including test-drive and customer identification details.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Work closely with showroom and branch management to enhance revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and development activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brand campaigns, customer financing options, and competitor activities.
• Deliver a consistently professional customer experience and support customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score objectives.
