Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join GAC Motor in Doha, Qatar. You will drive vehicle sales, deliver excellent service and guide customers through the purchasing process, including test drives and product explanations.

This on-site role requires 2-3 years of automotive or retail sales experience, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with dealership

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and managing sales opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed monthly vehicle sales targets; target 17 units.
• Engage prospective customers, understand requirements and recommend GAC Motor models.
• Present vehicle features, specifications and benefits to support purchasing decisions.
• Convert showroom enquiries and customer interactions into sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to support sales conversion.
• Build relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Coordinate with showroom team and departments to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
