Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Doha, Qatar is seeking a driven Sales Executive – Marine to drive revenue growth for marine engines. You will build relationships with boat builders, fishermen, retailers, and key accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and market expansion in line with brand standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in marine or related sales, a strong knowledge of marine engines, and the ability to coordinate with logistics, service, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the marine, automotive, or technical equipment sector.
• Good understanding of marine engines, boating industry dynamics, and B2B/B2C sales processes.
• Knowledge of the Qatar marine market and customer segments such as boat builders, fishermen, and retail customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume, and gross margin targets for marine engines in Qatar.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across boat builders, fishermen, retail customers, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Support market share growth by expanding the active customer and dealer network.
• Promote marine products through customer visits, product presentations, exhibitions, events, and marketing activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility, and submit timely sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, service, spare parts, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support.
