Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand operational supply chain in a Continuous Airworthiness Organisation.
• Strong relationships across maintenance operations and related functions.
• Ability to plan with lead times and prioritise demands.
• Knowledge of Part M/145 MOE and regulatory frameworks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all ML2/ML4 activities and document transactions in IMS.
• Support daily activities including facilitation, deputation and reviews.
• Provide demand management to meet delivery targets and monitor KPI performance.
• Identify and resolve shortfalls, escalation when necessary.
• Facilitate reporting to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain safe working procedures and effective stakeholder relationships.
• Liaise with inventory planning, procurement, engineering, finance and service providers.
• Analyse data to identify repetitive problems and support corrective actions.
