Job summary

BAE Systems in Qatar seeks an ELP Operator to manage Typhoon repairable assets, oversee the Quality Gate, Engineering Tasking and Repair Scheduling, and liaise with Part M engineers and inventory planners to keep assets flowing.

You will document activities in IMS, support reviews, track KPIs, and ensure safe working practices while coordinating with procurement, engineering and service providers to resolve supply and demand issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a Continuous Airworthiness Organisation's supply chain
• Ability to interpret asset requirement information across situations
• Experience coordinating with maintenance, procurement and engineering teams
• Understanding of planning lead times and prioritisation

Responsibilities

• Manage ML2/ML4 activities and transactions with proper documentation
• Supply chain liaison with procurement, engineering, finance and service providers
• Monitor KPIs and performance, escalating issues to management
• Facilitate reviews and ensure safe working practices
• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain processes
