Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a proactive consultant to drive impact on client engagements. You will manage a small project, develop clear plans, and track metrics, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and alignment with client goals.

You will refine workflows, create actionable roadmaps, and share learnings across teams while collaborating with public-sector and healthcare leaders to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of consulting/business experience with a track record of achievements.
• Digital Transformation knowledge within the public sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage and deliver small–medium sized projects.
• Superior problem solving and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel, predominantly within the EEMA region.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small project or a part of a larger project with clear plans and timelines.
• Create actionable roadmaps by refining workflows and aligning with global directives.
• Codify learnings from projects and share knowledge with teams across McKinsey offices.
• Collaborate with public-sector and healthcare client leaders to design innovative solutions.
