Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a proactive consultant to drive impact on client engagements. You will manage a small project, develop clear plans, and track metrics, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and alignment with client goals.

You will refine workflows, create actionable roadmaps, and share learnings across teams while collaborating with public-sector and healthcare leaders to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of consulting/business experience with a track record of achievements.
• Digital Transformation knowledge within the public sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage and deliver small–medium sized projects.
• Superior problem solving and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel, predominantly within the EEMA region.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for managing a small project or a specific part of a larger project, developing clear plans with aligned tasks and timelines, track metrics and handle complex analysis.

You will create actionable roadmaps by refining workflows and processes in alignment with global directives. You’ll strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing knowledge with your teams. You will work alongside public-sector and healthcare client leaders and other McKinsey teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

You will strive to build client capabilities through continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the end of the project. You’ll specialize in one or more service lines and will become a subject matter expert in your chosen sector or function.

You’ll chart your own development journey, attending formal training programs, working with the partners you find most inspiring, and focusing on the business areas you are most passionate about.

Experience with digital transformations in the public sector will be highly relevant for your work, particularly in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities associated with implementing large-scale initiatives.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record
• 2+ years of consulting/business experience, with a clear record of achievements and proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
• Digital Transformation knowledge within the public sector is highly desirable
• Ability to successfully manage and deliver small – medium sized projects
• Superior problem solving and relationship building skills, including a demonstrated high level of client service commitment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people across all levels of an organization
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
