Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Doha seeks a proactive problem-solver to lead small projects within public-sector and healthcare clients. You will develop plans, refine workflows, and deliver actionable roadmaps, while continuously coaching client teams for sustainable impact.

You will specialize in service lines, deepen your expertise, and participate in formal training while collaborating with partners and global colleagues to achieve ambitious outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree with outstanding academic record.
• 2+ years of consulting/business experience; international exposure a plus.
• Digital transformation knowledge in the public sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage small–medium projects and deliverables.
• Strong problem solving and client-service mindset.
• Proficient in English and Arabic communication.
• Willingness to travel within the EEMA region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small project or a portion of a larger project with clear plans and timelines.
• Refine workflows, track metrics, and codify learnings from engagements.
• Collaborate with client leaders and McKinsey teams to design and implement solutions.
• Coach and develop client capabilities for lasting impact beyond project end.
• Develop domain expertise in one or more service lines and pursue ongoing growth.
