Job summary

Power International Holding in Doha is seeking an Delivery Assurance & Escalation Lead to own root-cause investigations into schedule and delivery issues across the portfolio and act as the CEO-facing voice of the EPMO in project delivery forums.

The role drives accountability, resolution, and execution by challenging status reports with evidence, escalating issues promptly, and representing the EPMO in entity-level reviews while holding senior leaders to outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in major project delivery environments.
• Experience in PMO, main contractor, or client-side delivery assurance.
• Gulf or MENA project delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable with evidence.
• AI-driven delivery risk identification and recovery planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause investigations into schedule and delivery issues with tangible outcomes.
• Own and drive actions recorded within the EPMO Tasks & Issues Log.
• Escalate delegation-of-authority and signatory-bloat findings immediately.
• Represent the EPMO in entity-level delivery review forums.
• Hold CEOs, Project Directors, and senior leadership accountable for delivery outcomes.
• Challenge unsupported status reports and ensure evidence-based decisions.
