Malomatia is seeking a Delivery Leader – Application Development in Doha, Qatar to oversee end-to-end SDLC for the organization’s custom application portfolio. You will lead delivery teams, ensure quality and efficiency, and collaborate with the Practice Leader – Application Development & Management to advance deliverable quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

12 years of progressively larger experience in information technology management with focus on application development/package implementation.
At least 8 years of experience in managing a Scrum project/team through all phases of the SDLC.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end SDLC for the custom application portfolio.
Provide strategic and technical leadership to delivery teams.
Oversee the Delivery Unit's activities, resource allocation and capacity planning.
Support pre-sales with technical expertise and client engagement.
Budget planning and invoicing oversight for the delivery unit.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.
