Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a Delivery Assurance Director to own root-cause analysis and escalation of project delivery issues across the portfolio. You will serve as the CEO-facing representative of EPMO in delivery forums and validate evidence-based status updates.

The role requires challenging narratives, escalating authority concerns, and ensuring real corrective outcomes rather than status changes, with a focus on Gulf/MENA project delivery expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own root-cause analysis of schedule, execution, and delivery issues across the project portfolio.
• Represent EPMO in entity-level delivery review forums and hold CEOs, COOs, Project Directors, and senior stakeholders accountable.
• Review project delivery status, corrective action plans, bottlenecks, and recovery measures to ensure leadership discussions are grounded in facts.
