Job summary

Syntys is seeking a Data Center NOC Engineer in Doha, Qatar to monitor and operate mission-critical infrastructure. You will handle alarms, incidents, and escalations to ensure high availability and service continuity across critical systems in a 24/7 data center environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring BMS, EPMS, DCIM, CCTV, and Access Control, logging incidents, and coordinating with Site Engineers and customers to meet SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years in a NOC, Help Desk, Data Center Ops, or Infrastructure Monitoring.
• Experience with 24/7 monitoring and incident management.
• Familiarity with DCIM, BMS, EPMS, CCTV, and Access Control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BMS, EPMS, DCIM, CCTV, and Access Control systems on a 24/7 basis.
• Respond to alarms and alerts within defined SLA requirements and initiate corrective actions.
• Log, categorize, and track incidents using ServiceNow or approved ticketing platforms.
• Escalate incidents through established procedures and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform scheduled system health checks and document operational status.
• Maintain environmental monitoring of temperature, humidity, airflow, and power usage.
