Job summary

V2X Inc. in Doha, Qatar seeks a Watch Officer (NOC) to supervise enterprise networks and automation systems, ensuring performance and fault management under RCC-SWA guidance. The role requires top-level security credentials and experience in a 24/7 operational environment.

The candidate will analyze networks, manage incidents, and provide reports, while coordinating with multiple entities to maintain situational awareness and service quality.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• DoD 8570.01M baseline certifications and at least one CE certification required; certifications listed above are acceptable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
• Experience with a customer service-oriented company.

Responsibilities

• Manages, monitors and maintains situational awareness of all network and system entities under the responsibility of the NOC.
• Single point of contact for communications and Enterprise services as required.
• Attends or conducts regular meetings to communicate network and data system changes and project progression.
• Schedules workload and reports status to NOC Chief Watch Officer.
• Handles incidents and service requests, updating tickets and providing customer feedback.
• Oversees incident tickets from start to resolution and closure after escalation.
• Prepares outage reports and assists in trend analysis for NOC.
• Provides operational status reporting to RCC-SWA and enforces IA controls.
