Syntys is seeking a dedicated Data Center NOC Engineer to support the continuous monitoring and operation of mission-critical infrastructure within its Doha data center environment. This role is responsible for maintaining operational visibility, responding to incidents, coordinating escalations, and ensuring the highest levels of availability, reliability, and service continuity across critical systems.
As a Data Center NOC Engineer, you will serve as the first line of operational monitoring and incident response within a highly available data center environment. You will continuously monitor infrastructure platforms including Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), CCTV, and Access Control systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, rapid decision-making, and effective communication during operational and incident management activities. Working alongside Site Engineers, Site Leads, customers, and management teams, you will be responsible for ensuring alarms are addressed within SLA targets and that operational documentation remains accurate and up to date.
