Job summary

QDS is seeking an experienced IT NOC Specialist / Engineer to provide around-the-clock monitoring, incident management, and operational support within a critical enterprise IT environment in Doha, Qatar.

The role focuses on Microsoft infrastructure, network monitoring, virtualization, and IT service management, with on-site work and 24/7 shift-based duties in a high-availability setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a 24/7 IT operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support in a 24/7 NOC.
• Monitor and manage incidents and escalations.
• Maintain CMDB records and operational reporting.
• Ensure SLAs and ITIL processes are followed.
