Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to cruise line passengers. You will assist with booking reservations, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during a passenger's trip. Additionally, you will handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records of bookings and payments. To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A friendly and professional demeanor is also essential to ensure passenger satisfaction. This position is based in Al-Khor and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
