Role: Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator Experience - 8+ years Notice Period - 30 days Location- Qatar

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises environment. The role requires strong expertise in CRM administration, infrastructure support, system optimization, and security management, together with hands‑on development experience to deliver customizations, integrations, and business solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the technical owner of the Dynamics platform, ensuring its stability, performance, security, and alignment with business requirements.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 6 years of hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security, and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on development experience with C#, . NET Framework, Java Script, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, claims‑based authentication, and single sign‑on.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP, banking, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
• Experience supporting business‑critical, highly available enterprise environments.
