Job summary

Work in USA in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, be creative, organized, and enthusiastic about the food industry, and be able to manage kitchen staff while ensuring that all dishes meet company standards.

Responsibilities include creating weekly menus, developing recipes, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, training new staff, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety practices to ensure customer

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Chef in a professional environment.
• A culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of food safety procedures as well as local health codes
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of different cuisines from around the world is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen staff day-to-day operations and ensure meals are cooked to perfection.
• Create weekly menus with healthy and flavorful dishes.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and budgets.
• Train new staff and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and conduct regular ingredient quality checks.
