Job summary

Foodpeople in Qatar is seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations, ensuring brand consistency and supporting the successful opening of new restaurants. GCC experience preferred.

You will lead and develop kitchen teams, implement SOPs, monitor food quality, hygiene and costs, collaborate with front‑of‑house and management, and drive culinary innovation for an expanding upper casual brand.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing kitchen operations across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Experience launching new restaurant locations.
• GCC experience preferred.
• HACCP and food hygiene knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across locations.
• Lead and develop kitchen teams.
• Support pre-opening and launches for new locations.
• Develop SOPs across kitchen operations.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, waste, and efficiency.
