Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking a senior Content Operations Leader to drive end-to-end digital content delivery for IFE, OTT, and onboard platforms. Collaborate with creative teams, global content partners, and technology vendors to ensure accurate metadata, timely publishing, and scalable workflows that support passenger experience and monetization goals.

You will manage ingest, packaging, validation, and distribution, ensuring compatibility with aircraft systems, while driving process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial experience in content operations.
• Strong knowledge of ingest, formatting, QC, and delivery pipelines.
• Experience managing digital content catalogs and metadata systems.
• Proven coordination with multiple content vendors, distributors & service providers.
• Familiarity with MAM/DAM and CMS platforms; managerial and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content ingest workflows across broadcast, OTT, and in-flight platforms.
• Oversee formatting, validation, and delivery processes for Entertainment platforms.
• Manage content packaging and technical prep for aircraft systems and playback environments.
• Supervise publishing workflows across IFE, OTT and related digital platforms.
• Act as operational liaison with internal teams, stakeholders, CSPs, and vendors.
• Drive efficiency by identifying gaps and implementing workflow improvements.
• Optimize systems to improve delivery accuracy, catalogue integrity, and asset handling.
