Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of governance frameworks for product development and customer experience initiatives in line with organisational standards and compliance requirements
• Develop and manage integrated programme plans, timelines, and milestones across inflight experience domains including cabin interiors, inflight entertainment, connectivity, food and beverages, amenities, and service concepts
• Coordinate delivery activities across product, design, technology, and operations teams while managing dependencies and mitigating delivery risks
• Track progress against strategic roadmaps and delivery targets, maintaining dashboards and structured reporting for leadership visibility
• Analyse programme performance and recommend corrective actions to maintain delivery momentum
• Identify, assess, and monitor programme risks, facilitating mitigation planning and escalation of critical issues with recommended actions
• Support resource planning and allocation across concurrent initiatives by monitoring capacity and coordinating staffing needs with HR and functional leads
• Maintain comprehensive records of programme decisions, actions, and outcomes to support knowledge transfer and continuity across phases
• Act as a focal point for programme communications, preparing summaries, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with Product Development and Design strategic objectives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years experience in programme or project management within strategy, innovation, technology, or product environments
• Strong capability in programme planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and resource coordination
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery across design, product, technology, and operations teams
• Familiarity with stage-gate, agile, or hybrid delivery models
• Strong reporting and communication skills with experience producing executive dashboards and status reports
• Proficiency with programme tracking and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Smartsheet
• Ability to interpret programme data and communicate delivery trends and risks to senior leadership
