Qatar Airways seeks a seasoned Technical Lead for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to steer development and management of digital platforms in Doha. You will bridge architecture with hands-on engineering, guiding teams through scalable, secure experiences and cloud transformation.

You will mentor engineers, drive AEM best practices, and collaborate with product owners to shape future-ready web solutions. Expect an impactful role in a globally renowned airline with a strong digital agenda.

Qualifications

8+ years in developing and leading Ecommerce / Digital solutions.
Experience leading development teams in large‑scale enterprise environments.
Hands‑on experience with AEM and cloud migrations (AEMaaCS).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, security, and performance optimizations.

Responsibilities

Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership for AEM sites.
Create high-level AEM solution specifications focusing on integration, performance and feasibility.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to deliver high‑quality implementations.
Enforce code quality gates and prevent technical debt.
Mentor engineering teams and drive cloud innovations via Adobe Cloud Manager.
Deliver solution architecture, document assumptions, and estimate effort for features.
Design and implement robust external integrations (APIs, GraphQL) with AEM.
