Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize key digital web products for the cargo division.
- Lead onboarding, change management, and training sessions for digital platforms.
- Analyze feedback and operational data for improvements.
- Conduct workshops for process mapping and documentation.
- Prepare and validate business requirements for digital solutions.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing for quality releases.
