Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a skilled Hotel Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for guests as part of our luxury hospitality team. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and deliver an outstanding travel experience, while ensuring vehicle presentation and safety at all times.

Ideal candidates hold a Qatar driving license with a clean record and have at least two years of professional driving experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create positive guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high standard of personal presentation.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying guest luggage safely.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, including airports, tourist attractions, business locations, and other designated destinations.
• Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
• Provide helpful information about local attractions, landmarks, and hotel facilities when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of hotel vehicles to the highest standards.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to all Qatar traffic regulations, road safety standards, and hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Support operational requirements and perform additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.
