Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a service-driven Head Waiter to lead the dining team in its luxury setting. You will inspire staff, uphold impeccable standards, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive hospitality from arrival to departure.

Candidates should have prior Head Waiter or Senior Waiter experience in high-end venues, strong English communication, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences in a premier hotel environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and service-driven Head Waiter to lead by example, inspire the team, and deliver the warm, attentive hospitality our guests remember long after their visit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining the highest service standards. Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Guide team members through service, providing coaching and support to ensure consistency and excellence. Build strong product knowledge, making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with confidence, care, and efficiency. Work closely with the management and culinary teams to ensure seamless service and memorable dining experiences. Maintain impeccable presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant. A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences. Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant operations. Ability to remain calm, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and commitment to excellence. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
