Qualifications

• 2–4 years minimum as Commis 2 or Commis 3 in QSR or high-volume restaurants
• Basic health and safety knowledge; HACCP standards (certification preferred)
• Understanding of basic preparations and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Proficient English communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist the Commis 1 and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, prep and service
• Execute cooking, assembly and preparations with consistency and speed
• Follow daily production and service plans to ensure timely delivery of prepared hot meals
• Maintain Calo's quality and nutritional guidelines in a fast-paced QSR setting
• Ensure precise portioning and proper storage, labeling and rotation of ingredients
