Job summary

Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha is seeking a Kitchen Commis to join its culinary team. You will support kitchen operations, assist in preparing high-quality dishes, and ensure a clean, organized workspace while following food safety standards.

Responsibilities include washing, peeling, chopping ingredients, following recipes, labeling and storing items, and helping with setup and breakdown of stations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Culinary or hospitality education certification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
