Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Culinary certificate or diploma is an advantage; equivalent practical training also accepted.
• Basic knowledge of cooking methods, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook simple dishes following recipes and chef’s instructions.
• Handle a specific kitchen section under supervision.
• Check ingredient quality and freshness before use.
• Guide Commis III / Kitchen Helpers with basic prep tasks.
• Maintain portion control, presentation, and consistency of dishes.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards.
• Keep workstation, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
